I would highly recommend Rex for all things home inspection. He is a one-stop-shop for the Whole Home, Sewer Scope and Radon testing. It really saves me time not having to schedule all those items for different times and I know the Sellers appreciate that as well. Rex also is great at explaining items he finds in a way that is understood by the majority of people in this world and not to mention his easy to read reports that my clients and I can go over while chatting on the phone. Rex is extremely thorough and knowledgeable with his inspections. He is good at investigating areas of concern and looking deeper into the cause, as well as pinpointing solutions and recommendations for additional expert advice. From foundations to roofs, cracks and electrical work and everything in between, he will know the home inside and out. Rex is not in a rush and takes the time to carefully go through the home and explain what he has found in detail, coupled with how the home functions and monthly maintenance. T-Rex Home Inspection Services, LLC was established in 2015. I am a Certified Home and Radon Measurement Inspector and take great pride in inspecting the single largest investment that you may have, your home. I inspect under the rigorous rules of ASHI’s “Standards of Practice.” Under most circumstances, the report will be generated in the same day of inspection and in the client’s possession for review.
